Submitting a Refund Application

Customers can apply for a full or partial refund, but applications must be submitted within 14 days of a deadline expiring. However, time constraints are not applicable in the case of plagiarism claims, but you will be expected to demonstrate that the liability is on our side. This means we will need irrefutable proof in the form of a report from a credible plagiarism detection service.                    

NB: You can obtain reliable plagiarism reports from detection services like Turnitin.com, WriteCheck and iThenticate but the reports from SafeAssign.com are not trustworthy. Additionally, hand-produced notes suggesting a text is plagiarized are not considered adequate evidence.                   

  1. At times, customers ask us to complete assignments they themselves started. You should note, however, that it is only the content our own writers create that we run authenticity tests on. Because of this, we cannot be blamed for plagiarism found in the parts created by the customer.      
  2. If a customer finds our work unsatisfactory, their concerns will be subjected to full investigation and a report issued in three to four days. Where concerns are genuine, the customer’s money will be returned in full or in its entirety.          

Revision

  1. As long as we are alerted within two days of a deadline expiring, the customer can avail of our free revision service. After this point, it may be necessary to submit a new order to cover revisions. If one of our writers consent to do the revision work without additional payment, it will not be possible for us to consider any further refund applications.               
  2. A customer can apply for a free revision for up to thirty days (one month) if their order is twenty pages or longer.  
  3. Where instructions are changed from the original specification, we cannot offer the customer a free revision. Additionally, we may require another order by way of compensation if the customer did not provide essential materials in a timely manner.               
  4. The customer will need to set a new timeline for the completion of revisions. Some types of revision can take a whole day to complete, depending on how complicated or simple the task or how difficult or easy it is to reassign the work. Regardless of this, though, we will make every conceivable effort to meet the customer’s deadline.              
  5. It is sometimes necessary for us to contact our customers by email or by posting messages to their profile pages. Therefore, we suggest you check for such communications. Customers occasionally overlook the necessity to send us all information and materials required for a successful outcome, but it is their responsibility to do so – either at the time of placing the order or later if requested.
  6. While placing an order at our website, the customers may choose a new option, which will help them extend the time for free revision to 14 days instead of 48 hours. The option “Extended Revision” can be ordered for only 30% of the paper total cost. Still, the instructions provided in revision should comply with the primary instruction of the customer. It is also important to note that if the customer places no revision request, the extra fee will not be reimbursed.           
A Full Refund
  1. We may refund you in full if you placed a “double” order by accident or if we charged the wrong amount. You can cancel redundant orders by contacting customer support.
  2. We will refund you in full if a writer could not be found.    
  3. Once a full refund is received, any resources provided against that order should not be used.         
A Partial Refund
  1. Our company may refund you in part if you selected the wrong number of pages for your order.     
  2. We may refund you in part if you inadvertently selected an unsuitable writing or academic level.       
  3. A partial refund will be considered if there is any mismatch in your order information.

NB: If 30% of an order’s deadline still remains, we cannot consider cancellation. This rule also applies if a writing project has been accepted by a writer, the project is done and added to the upload area.         

Late Verification
  1. Customers who use our writing service can be asked for proof of identity. Our Finance team uses this mechanism as a means of counteracting scams and fraud on the Internet. The deadline for an order will not start until the required clarification is provided, which in some cases may be late. If your verification is late, you can request an extension to your deadline or submit compensation order if the paper is soon required.                  
Word Count Issues
  1. We estimate the amount of words per page to be 300 and we calculate an order’s overall length according to the required word count. Because they are mainly comprised of calculations, technical papers are not included in this rule but are priced on the basis of their complexity level.   
  2. Speaker notes for PowerPoint presentation. We can provide in the region of 100 – 150 words per slide if you require speaker notes for a PowerPoint presentation.          
  3. Owing to their particular nature, we calculate the cost of online or Internet-based tests separately. The price, which also applies to multi-choice assignments, is based on the number of questions to a page (5) and the total number of test questions. Therefore, a fifteen-question assignment equates to a three-page order.                
Delivery/Deadline 
  1. We adjust the price for early delivery. We may, therefore, ask you to submit a new order to cover the difference. If a writer agrees to early completion without extra compensation, future refunds cannot be considered.              
  2. If our company fails to deliver your order on time and without a mutually-agreed deadline extension, we will refund part of the cost at least.           
Order Type
  1. For accuracy sake, we ask that you select the right order type, e.g., “Report,” “Dissertation,” and so on.      
  2. Rephrasing or rewording a text is called “rewriting.” An additional order will not be necessary unless you ask for the equivalent of new content, e.g., more research, sources or text.          
  3. We occasionally email you or post messages to your account. We value timely replies, particularly if approval or feedback is required.
